Amazing! I'm 52 years old and no one has ever touched my vehicles besides me. I currently own five vehicles. Everything from oil changes to transmission repair is done by me in my own home garage. And I only buy used cars and several have lasted me over 250,000 miles. I'm very picky about my vehicles. Simply due to work schedule, visiting the kids out of town, and "just ready to not deal with a car today", I decided to take my car to Knight's for a CEL and very bad misfire. Having never used a repair shop before, I had a hard time choosing where to go. Honestly, I chose them because of the owner's bio on their website. I'm a huge fan of high school vocational schools, and he attended one during his high school career. This tells me he has a passion for cars. Well, they fixed my car (which I would expect), but the price was shocking!!! VERY REASONABLE. And only the parts needing replaced were replaced. Knowing the OBD-II codes and the symptoms of the misfire, along with my experience, I'm confident they knew what they were doing and not just swapping parts. After I figured my cost of parts if I did it myself, I actually saved money letting them do it! Let's be honest, our time is money too! I have a strong feeling I will be doing less and less on my vehicles and letting Knight's do more and more. I've made it to the point in my life that it's time for someone else to do my work. LOL. Finally, the front desk manager (Kevin or Keith - can't remember) was very friendly and listened to my concerns. He didn't just blow me off. While I was talking to him, one of the mechanics happened into the waiting room and overheard our conversation. He also was very polite and not at all condescending. They really wanted to understand the symptoms so they could fix it right. These are good people!
