I was completely impressed with the service I have received from this business! I have just relocated to the area and having only one vehicle I needed help quickly. Kevin answered my call and took great care of me from start to finish! The 3 keys to a successful business is customer service, honesty and pricing. What made them really shine was that I have 2 little ones and I had no way to leave to get my vehicle since their car seats were in the car. They took the time to coordinate someone to drop my car off in my driveway! Now that’s what I call service!! I was beyond grateful that they made my life that much easier. This is my first time visiting Knight for diagnostic on my Mini Cooper. Everyone at Knight is courteous and attentive to my concerns; my check engine light has been on for over a year. I am confident the issue will be resolved. The Mini car dealer has been no help in the matter of the check engine light, but very enthusiastic on draining my wallet. The scope of the diagnostic from Knight, far exceeds any done at previous service sites I have visited, in trying to resolve the check engine light issue. The cost of the diagnostic at Knight is about a quarter of what one would pay elsewhere.

When you work on my vehicles I know it's getting done the right way and for looking out for any problems that could occur in the future with my vehicle are written down on my receipt so I don't forget.
