Knight Automotive is literally the BEST auto shop I’ve ever been to. My 2005 Mini Cooper is treated like a queen. After 3 years of not driving my Mini, they went above and beyond to change the oil and fix the leak, actually picking the car up from my house and dropping her off. Twice. They understood that my Mini is my baby, and didn’t judge me when I was upset they would be driving her when she hit 110,000. In fact, Kevin videoed the change on the speedometer and texted it to me!!! Who does that?! Only the awesome people at Knight Automotive. I am not just happy with the work they do, but am grateful for their kindness and understanding.

As always, Knight Automotive again helped me out in a tight situation. They are always fair, very attentive and responsive, and went out of their way to help me out!
