This is the first time I've ever gone to a mechanic and knew I wasn't being ripped off or taken advantage of. My service writer, Kevin, was outstanding! He took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. When I asked about other things that may need to be done with the car since it was already in the shop, they came back and told me that none of them needed to be addressed and suggested the timing of when things should be done in the future. OUTSTANDING! They just won a customer for life!
