I had taken my jeep to get new tires and they told me I had a bad bearing. I called Knight automotive and asked them if I could drop off my car, they were busy with work and said they could do the job in a few days. Bill asked me the issue and I told him & he advised me it was risky to be driving it around and to bring it right away. He was concerned and would do the job as soon as he could he called me the next day and the car was ready! I have nothing but great things to say about their shop they get the job done and charge a fair value. Finding a mechanic that is good and cares is rare.

You were timely and seemed to check the cars vitals along with the oil change.. very important for an old lady who doesn’t check under the hood or even know what to look for.. Thank you Barbara Reynolds

Outstanding. A friend referred me to Knight Auto several years ago and I could not be happier. I have taken my Jeep Wrangler and Dodge Nitro to Knight for various service work and he has always performed quality work for reasonable and sometimes cheaper price than I can find elsewhere. They get my vehicles back on the road as quick as possible. If there’s a downside to Knight, it may be that sometimes it may take a few days to get an appointment. But that is understandable, since I feel that means he is busy due to his excellent reputation.

I was putting off bringing my vehicle in for repairs. It’s so difficult when you don’t know much about cars to know if you are being taken advantage of. My son referred me to Knight Automotive and I was not disappointed! From the first call to make the appointment to the time I picked my vehicle up, everyone was so friendly and helpful. They kept me updated throughout the day with texts which was great! No surprises or delays waiting for call backs. My vehicle is driving great! I will definitely be using them again.
